Some additional checks may be applied to our flights arriving in Venezuela (CCS), Mexico (MEX and CUN), Colombia (BOG), Cuba (HAV) and Brazil (GRU), apart from the general rules such as passport and visa requirements for passenger acceptance. Since the country’s authorities may refuse entry to the country as a result of these additional checks, similar checks can be carried out during boarding.

Venezuelan Rules to be observed for flights arriving at Caracas Simon Bolivar Airport (CCS):

Our passengers can use Caracas Simon Bolivar Airport as a transfer point or entry into Venezuela.

There is no transfer at Caracas Simon Bolivar Airport without entering the country. Passengers who will continue their connecting flight must enter Venezuela, collect their luggage and check-in using the relevant airline’s counter for the continuation flight.
