The amendments to the Regulation on the Regulation of Renting Activities of Housing for Tourism Purposes were published in the Official Gazette dated 30 May 2023.
Accordingly, after the changes made, the relevant regulation articles are as follows:
Definitions
ARTICLE 4
l) High quality housing (residence): Satisfying at least housing conditions defined in the Planned Areas Zoning Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 3/7/2017 and numbered 30113 and which can be built in the places specified in Article 19 of the same Regulation; reception, security and daily cleaning service areas, health services, dry cleaning, laundry, transportation, food and shopping services, and services such as a gym and swimming pool. “at least two”It refers to residential buildings containing more than one independent section that can be given.
Permit document procedures
ARTICLE 6
(1) Application documents are examined by the provincial directorate, taking into account Article 3 of the Law; A permit is issued for residences whose documents are deemed appropriate. OLD CLAUSE
(3) In accordance with subparagraph (ğ) of the second paragraph of Article 4 of the Law, an administrative fine is imposed on the permit holders of the residences that are found not to meet the minimum qualifications during the inspection, and fifteen days are given to correct the detected deficiencies. If it is determined that the deficiencies have not been corrected in the second inspection to be carried out at the end of this period, the permit will be canceled in accordance with subparagraph (d) of the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Law.
NEW CLAUSE
(3) If deficiencies are detected within the scope of subparagraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the first paragraph of Article 9 during the examination, the certificate holder is given fifteen days to correct the deficiencies. If it is determined that the deficiencies have not been remedied during the audit to be carried out at the end of this period, an administrative fine will be imposed in accordance with subparagraph (ğ) of the second paragraph of Article 4 of the Law and another fifteen days will be given to correct the detected deficiencies. If it is determined that the deficiencies have not been corrected in the second inspection to be carried out at the end of this period, the permit will be canceled in accordance with subparagraph (d) of the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Law. Existing houses with high quality housing features

RENTAL OF RESIDENCES FOR TOURISM PURPOSES AMENDMENT IN THE REGULATION REGARDING THE REGULATION REGULATION ON ITS CONSTRUCTION
ARTICLE 1-The phrase “at least two” following the phrase “services such as swimming pools” in subparagraph (l) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Regulation on the Regulation of Rental Activities of Housing for Tourism Purposes published in the Official Gazette dated 28/12/2023 and numbered 32413. has been added.
ARTICLE 2-The phrase “thirty days” in the first paragraph of Article 6 of the same Regulation has been changed as “sixty days”, the phrase “inspection” in the second paragraph has been changed as “on-site inspection”, and the third paragraph has been changed as follows.

ARTICLE 3-The phrase “1/1/2024” in the provisional article 1 of the same Regulation is changed to “31/12/2024”, the phrase “to residences where all shopping shuttle services, gym with equipment and swimming pool services are provided” is changed to “residences where shopping shuttle services are provided and located on the same parcel” It has been changed to “residences where gym and swimming pool services are provided”.
ARTICLE 4-This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 5-The provisions of this Regulation shall be enforced by the Minister of Culture and Tourism.
