Turkish Airlines Deputy General Manager Responsible for Human Resources Abdulkerim Çay stated that they aim to employ approximately 5 thousand employees for 2024. Turkish Airlines, which is among the companies where the young population in Turkey most wants to work, published “Take-Off 101”, “Take-Off Jr.” and “Take-Off Cadet” job postings, and announced that it will recruit many positions as flight and ground employees.
Within the scope of these announcements, the flag carrier aims to increase employee employment in line with its 2033 targets.

According to the news of Hürriyet Economic Service; Speaking about recruitment policies and processes at the “Career Summit” event organized by Istanbul Technical University, Turkish Airlines Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Abdulkerim Çay said; “We strive to increase the number of our employees every year in line with the growth strategies of our partnership; We are trying to contribute to the Turkish economy with our policies to increase employment. In 2023, we recruited a total of 5,134 employees, including flight and ground crews. This year, we aim to recruit approximately 5 thousand employees into our family, as in 2023; “Together with our subsidiary companies, we aim to increase the number of our employees, which is approximately 84 thousand, to 150 thousand employees at the end of 10 years,” he said.
