Göztepe 60th Year Park
Located in the Göztepe area of Kadıköy, this park offers one of the most beautiful spring views, especially on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul. During the spring months, the colorful tulips, various violets, roses and daffodils in the park are dazzling. Children’s playgrounds, walking paths and large grassy areas are also an ideal resting place for families.

Maltepe Orhangazi City Park
This large park located on the Maltepe coastline is a great place to enjoy spring with the unique view of the Marmara Sea. The park is perfect for those who want to do sports and relax, with its large green areas, cycling and walking paths. The flowers that bloom in spring offer a unique beauty for photographers. Especially the two listening tunnels decorated with roses are worth seeing closely. Emirgan Grove
Emirgan Grove, one of the most famous spring season destinations in Istanbul, offers a riot of tulips and colorful flowers. If you visit this place during the Istanbul Tulip Festival held in April, you may encounter all kinds of tulips. In addition, the historical mansions, cafes and wide walking paths in the grove are ideal for enjoying spring.

Baltalimanı Japanese Garden
The garden, which has an artificial pond in the middle, a stone garden and a tea room around it, includes 37 Japanese cherry (Sakura) trees, 36 maple trees and 5 pine trees bought from Turkey. The Yogetsuan (Japanese House), drum bridge, waterfall and stone garden inside invite visitors to a Japanese fairy tale. Since the garden is designed in accordance with Zen philosophy, it offers a great environment for meditation or a quiet walk. The garden, which is open every day of the week, is open to visitors from 08.00 to 19.00 in summer and until 17.00 in winter. Although it may seem like a small place and not an interesting place when you go outside of sakura season, knowing the story of this place and where the landscaping products in the garden come from will shape your expectations accordingly. Information note: The sister city relationship established between the Japanese city of Yamaguchi and Istanbul in 1972 was an important step to strengthen the cultural and friendly ties of the two cities. As a reflection of this meaningful collaboration, a Japanese Garden was built in Istanbul in 2003, reflecting the unique aesthetics of Japanese culture. This garden, as a concrete symbol of friendship and cultural exchange between the two cities, offers its visitors the peaceful atmosphere of eastern garden art.

Beykoz Grove (Abraham Grove)
Starting from the ridges between Beykoz and Paşabahçe and extending to Riva, Abraham Grove, or more commonly known as Beykoz Grove, is one of the largest Bosphorus groves with an area of 150 decares. Today, there are two large caves, five pools and the ruins of a palace in the grove. The grove, which draws attention with its lush green trees and colorful flowers in spring, offers perfect spots to relax against the fascinating view of the Bosphorus. One of these is Beykoz Koru Social Facility.

Beylerbeyi Palace
The total area of the Beylerbeyi Palace, one of the prestige buildings of the 19th century, that extends upwards and is connected to each other with stairs and ramps, is around 70 decares. The magnolia and chestnut trees in the Hasbahçe, the lindens in the Harem garden and the redbuds on the embankments, the symbol of the Bosphorus, are from Sultan II. It is known that it was erected during the reign of Abdulhamid. A visit to the palace these days offers a great opportunity to both explore history and experience the beauties of spring.

This small but impressive pavilion in Beşiktaş takes its name from the linden trees surrounding it.
