New Touristic Train Lines
Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) announced that new tourist trains consisting of dining and sleeping cars will start operating on the Ankara – Tatvan and Ankara – Diyarbakır tracks.
Ankara – Tatvan Touristic Train Line
The tourist train, which will run on the Ankara – Tatvan – Ankara track, will run every Wednesday and Friday between 17 April 2024 – 12 June 2024. Departure time from Ankara will be 15:55 and there will be stops in cities such as Elazığ, Palu and Kayseri for sightseeing purposes.
Ankara – Diyarbakır Touristic Train Line
The touristic train, which will serve on the Ankara – Diyarbakır – Ankara route, will run every Friday and Sunday between 19 April 2024 and 16 June 2024. Departure time from Ankara will be 15:55 and there will be stops in cities such as Malatya, Yolçatı and Kayseri for sightseeing purposes.
