Could you please share with us the founding story of Izzydmc and the general outline of your company?
Izzet Savaryego:I have worked in various positions in the tourism sector for about 30 years and I share this experience with my wife İnci. IzzydmcWe crowned it by establishing . Our company is specialized in MICE organizations in many countries such as the Balkans, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Italy, Portugal, Morocco. Our aim is to provide all the needs of corporate companies and groups from a single point and enable them to organize successful events.
What services does Izzydmc offer and what are your target markets?
Pearl Savaryego:We offer services from A to Z, especially for MICE agencies. We do not work directly with end users; our partners are MICE agencies and event agencies in Turkey. We see an increase in demand for visa-free destinations due to Schengen visa problems and we shape our services accordingly.
Additionally, this year we prepared niche overseas holiday packages in different regions and offered them for sale to travel agencies, aiming to create alternative travel destinations for our sector.
What are your prominent MICE destinations for 2024 and what are their infrastructure facilities like?
Izzet Savaryego:In 2024, countries such as Georgia, Azerbaijan, Montenegro and Morocco stood out. These destinations have all the necessary infrastructure for MICE groups. We provide services in these countries from our own offices or through our local partners, thus ensuring direct price competition and quality control.
Can you give us information about your Niche Leisure packages?
Pearl Savaryego:We prepare special holiday packages abroad by collaborating with major airlines such as Turkish Airlines and Air France. These include destinations such as the Basque Country (Bordeaux & San Sebastian), Paris, Disneyland & Paris and Morocco. The hotels we choose are 4-star and centrally located, and programs with different content have been prepared.
What will be your 2025 goals and prominent MICE destinations?
Izzet Savaryego:Our goals for 2025 include focusing on visa-free destinations. From Turkey GeorgiaAnd AzerbaijanWe aim to break down prejudices and change perceptions about countries such as MoroccoWe observe a serious demand for visa-free and popular cities such as and we aim to have a strong presence in these destinations.
