TOURISM EXPENDITURES MADE WITH CARD IN 2023
According to the data compiled by the tourism statistics center Tourism Databank from the Interbank Card Center BKM; Domestic tourism-related expenditures made with credit cards (accommodation, airline, agencies, rent a car) increased by 96% in the January-December period of 2023, exceeding 451 billion TL. This figure was 230 billion TL in 2022 for Tourism Expenditures Made with Card. In dollar terms, it reached 19 billion dollars.

HOTEL EXPENDITURES WITH CARD
Domestic hotel accommodation expenditures made with credit and debit cards increased by 84% in the January-December period of 2023, exceeding 172 billion TL. In 2022, this figure was 93 billion TL. In dollar terms, it exceeded 7.2 billion dollars.
FLIGHT TICKET EXPENDITURES WITH CARD
Domestic flight ticket expenditures made with credit and debit cards increased by 68% in the January-December period of 2023, reaching 195 billion TL. In 2022, this figure was 115 billion TL. In dollar terms, it approached 8.2 billion dollars.
