Stating that the aircraft traffic served at the end of May 2024 increased by 3.8 percent in domestic aircraft traffic and 10.3 percent in international aircraft traffic compared to the same period in 2023, Uraloğlu said that total aircraft traffic, including overpasses, increased by 8.4 percent.
Minister Uraloğlu said, “In this period, a total of 82 million 109 thousand 667 passengers were served at our airports across Turkey, including direct transit passengers, 37 million 108 thousand 806 on domestic lines and 44 million 923 thousand 142 on international lines.”
