Entry to airports without a ticket may be banned in Russia
The Russian Ministry of Transport has prepared a new draft law to increase security at airports. According to the news of Türkrus; The bill stipulates that security forces will enter airports with weapons and that Rosgvardia will be responsible for airport security. It also prohibits people who do not have a pass or flight ticket from using the transportation infrastructure of airports.
Experts speaking to the newspaper said that it is still unclear how this rule will affect the comfort of passengers. There is uncertainty about whether the vehicles and relatives coming to see off the passengers will be allowed into the airport.
Rossiyskaya Gazeta wrote that similar examples were found outside Russia. Accordingly, people without a flight ticket are prohibited from entering the airports in New Delhi and Tashkent.
According to the newspaper, it is stated that if the bill becomes law, the new practice will come into effect on September 1, 2024.
