The rate of alimony debtors, which was 18.1 percent five years ago, decreased to 6.4% by the end of 2023. In addition to alimony debts, those who do not pay their loan debts may also be banned from leaving the country. However, while the debt limit subject to the ban for alimony is 10 thousand Rubles, this limit for loan debts is set at 30 thousand Rubles.
