How Many Hotels Are Being Built in Turkey?
According to Tourism Databank’s research, as of February 18, 2024, approximately 50 thousand rooms and 111 thousand beds will be put into operation in 300 new 4 and 5-star hotel projects that will be opened in the 2024-2025 period.
How Much Will Be Spended on New Hotels?
A total of 76.8 billion TL will be spent on hotel investments to be opened in the 2024-2025 period. While Antalya, Istanbul and Muğla lead in terms of budget size, Istanbul is by far the leader in the number of projects.
