The parties who accepted the importance of disaster management welcomed the signing of the Memorandum Zaptı in the field of disaster and emergency management as a significant turning point.
Leaders agreed to strengthen the cooperation in this field by implementing the activities within the scope of consensus zapı, including technical education and experts in the field of search and rescue and common humanitarian aid in the field of search and rescue.

Leaders reiterated their support for current initiatives directed by ASEAN-Türkiye Practical Cooperation (2024-2028). Both sides appreciated the significant cooperation in the basis of trade and investment, science and technology, tourism, food and agriculture, disaster management, development of human resources, education and change between people.
